Getting Started

The ANOS app is a simple service app that helps customers find technicians for many tasks like cooking, cleaning, gardening, repairs and beauty services. Customers can post work, receive offers, select a technician and track the job until it is done.

You can request or offer services like cooking, cleaning, gardening, electrical work, plumbing, beauty services, painting and event help. It depends on your need or what a technician can do.

Open the app, choose your role, and fill in your personal details. Technicians must upload identity proof (Aadhaar), bank details, and experience certificates if available.

Click 'Forgot Password', enter your email, and use the link sent to your inbox to securely create a new password.

You can change your name, phone number, email, and address in the profile settings. Technicians can update their documents and bank details here too.

Booking & Bidding

Choose your service, fill in details like date, time, location, budget, and description, and then submit.

Yes, you can upload photos, videos, or audio files to help technicians understand your work better.

Technicians send you their price offers. You can see their rates, ratings, and experience, allowing you to select the best one.

Technicians can open the active request, enter a price, and submit. You can also edit your bid before the customer makes an assignment.

You will get a notification and can see the assigned technician’s details like their name, phone number, and final bid amount.

Yes, you can call the technician directly from the app once they are assigned to coordinate arrival times.

Yes, you can see all your active, completed, and cancelled requests seamlessly in the ‘My Requests’ section.

Payments & Job Completion

We support all major payment methods including UPI apps (Google Pay, PhonePe), debit cards, credit cards, and net banking.

Your final bill includes the technician's service charge, platform admin fees, GST, and transaction charges. You can verify all transparent details before paying.

  • Open: Request is created.
  • Bidding: Technicians are sending prices.
  • Assigned: You selected a technician.
  • In Progress: Work has started.
  • Completed-Pending Confirmation: Waiting for your final approval.
  • Completed: Job successfully closed.
  • Cancelled/Expired: Request stopped or unfufilled.

If you are completely satisfied with the work, click ‘Confirm’ on the completion screen to release the payment to the technician.

Customers can cancel directly from the request page. Technicians can cancel their bid as long as the request is still in the open/bidding phase.

Immediately after confirming the job is completed, you will be prompted to give a star rating and write a review.

After payment, your invoice appears on the payment screen. You can also view or share it anytime later from the request details page.
